These pages give access to all aspects of community transport such as facilities for elderly or disabled people, or anyone not living close to a bus route ( or a bus route with limited service). The information includes facilities available from voluntary organisations, and concessionary fares schemes.

Concessionary Travel
Information about the concessionary fares scheme which allows free bus travel throughout England from 9.30am - 11pm Mondays to Fridays, and all day Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. In Hampshire the scheme run by Hampshire County Council provides additional options for pass holders including vouchers for disabled people

Patient Transport (NHS)
Within the Portsmouth and South East Hampshire area there is help available to transport patients to hospitals for their appointments. The NHS provide a Patient Transport Service for those patients with specific medical needs.
 
Shopmobility
The main aim of the Chichester and Havant Shopmobility scheme is to provide electric scooters and manual wheelchairs to enable people with mobility problems to access town shops and services. Also provides information about their services by newsletter, website, and links to other organisations with interests in access. Members can also keep in touch with each other using the website.
