Havant Borough Local Plan (Core Strategy)

Adopted 1 March 2011

The Havant Borough Core Strategy is the principal document in the council's Local Development Framework (LDF). It covers the Borough of Havant, setting out the spatial planning strategy for the area up to 2026. It sets out how many new homes and jobs are needed in the borough and where they should go. It also sets out what services, facilities and infrastructure such as green spaces, shops and community services are needed and when and how they will be delivered whilst having regard to the borough's high quality natural environment.
