Plan which have resource implications and which can be related to
an estimated timescale for implementation. Those proposals for
which Hampshire County Council has a financial involvement are also
indicated. As to the timing of proposals, whether private or
public, these also will be dependent on the availability of
resources and market conditions. For the purposes of this Schedule
the following definitions apply from 2001 onwards:
