appeals is available on this website and is updated
weekly and includes valid applications received up to and
including the preceding Wednesday.
All applications and appeals are
available for inspection between 9-5, Monday to Friday
at;

We welcome your written
comments about the applications however they must be received by
the date published in the weekly list.
Decisions by the
Development Management Committee are made in meetings that are
open to the public. If you would like the opportunity to speak at a
Committee meeting when a decision is being made, please contact the
Committee Administrator on 023 9244 6232. For further

All objections and representations
are available to the public, therefore, no action can be taken on
letters that are sent in confidence. All representations will be
acknowledged and you will receive a written reply with the outcome
of the decision.
Under the provisions of the Local
Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any written comments
that you submit (together with any personal information such as
address, phone number and e-mail address) will be made available
for both inspection and copying. They will also be copied to the
Planning Inspectorate in the event of an appeal. You should
therefore only include information that you are happy to be seen by
the public and available over the internet.

Committee
Meetings page. Choose 'Development Management
Committee' and the various
completed Development Management Committee meetings are
listed. The details of each planning application considered are
within the Minutes of each meeting. Alternatively choose the link
'Search Meeting Documents by Keyword or Phrase' from the page and
enter your search criteria to find details of a particular
site.
