Greywell Toilets Strategic Project
Project completed 2006
As programmed, construction started
on 17 October 2005 and progressed well throughout the programmed
construction period with minimal disruption to the day to day
traffic operation of this busy car park.
The new conveniences were opened on
24 February 2006 and completed to an excellent standard, ahead of
time and within budget, incorporating the latest anti-vandal design
and fit out standards. The existing public conveniences located in
nearby Front Lawn recreation ground, a constant vandal
target, have been demolished as part of the Liveability
project.
