Community Boards were set up in 2004 within the six areas of the borough to ensure that the Liveability Project delivered what local people really wanted. The Community Boards are members of the Havant Community Partnership and more information about this partnership and the work of the boards can be found at http://www.hcp-partnership.org.uk/
In 2011/12 the Community Boards are now as follows:
Havant and Bedhampton Community First - Contact Councillor D Guest and Councillor J Branson
Emsworth Resident's Association (has taken over duties of Emsworth Community Board)
Hayling Island Community Board
Leigh Park Community Board
Waterlooville Community Forum (combining Waterlooville North and South Community Boards) - Contact Councillor Paul Buckley
