Parking Fines - Penalty Charge Notices

A PCN has been issued if we consider that you have contravened parking or waiting restrictions, including:
  • parking on double yellow lines
  • parking in disabled bays without showing a valid badge
  • parking in loading bays or taxi ranks
  • staying too long in limited waiting areas
  • failing to pay and display where applicable, or showing a permit when needed
  • parking outside marked bays

These PCNs apply in our car parks and on-street. Please do not ignore the issue of a Penalty Charge Notice, pay it in full or contact us as soon as possible. Failure to pay or contact us may result in Court proceedings against the registered owner / keeper of the vehicle. You can challenge a PCN if you consider it has been issued incorrectly, or pay online. The whole process is available through the following links.
