1.   The permit shall only be valid in the designated area as printed on the permit, the available car parks for each area are listed below:

 

 

Cowplain	Mission Lane
Emsworth	Palmers Road South Street –  (designated are ONLY in NE corner 13 spaces available)
Hayling Island	Health Centre Elm Grove Mengham Lane
Leigh Park	Greywell Tidworth Road
Somborne Drive (Only available until Closure)
Waterlooville	Rockville Drive Wellington Way (27 spaces outside perimeter wall ONLY)

 

PLEASE NOTE: Permits issued for Waterlooville area will be valid in Cowplain, Mission Lane car park if there are not any available spaces in either Rockville Drive car park or Wellington Way car park.

 

2.   Proof of entitlement will be required before a permit can be issued; this will be the vehicle registration document or lease agreement for the vehicle and also proof of residency if you reside within the Borough.

 

3.   The permit is valid for only one vehicle whose registration number appears on the permit.

 

4.   The permit MUST be displayed prominently in the windscreen of the vehicle ensuring that all of the details on the front of the permit are visible from the outside of the vehicle.

 

5.   The permit shall be normally non-transferable (see paragraph 3)

 

6.   In the event of misuse, the council reserves the right to withdraw the Permit facility with no liability to refund any outstanding monies.

 

7.   A permit will not be issued to any vehicle with an outstanding Penalty Charge Notice against it.

 

8.   A permit does not guarantee a parking space.

 

9.   The permit does not give exemption to any other parking restrictions and is not valid out of the area for which it is issued.

 

10.  A permit is only valid if displayed in a vehicle for which it is issued, any vehicle not displaying a valid permit will be subject to all parking restrictions and will be issued with a Penalty Charge Notice if the restrictions are contravened.

 

A GOLD BOROUGH WIDE PERMIT IS AVAILABLE AND IS VALID IN ALL THE LISTED CAR PARKS AS WELL AS ALL THE BEACHLANDS CAR PARKS. 

 

Administration Charges:

 

Change of Vehicle                £10.00

Refund or cancellation          £15.00

Replacement permit             £25.00

 

IF YOU REQUIRE A CHANGE OF REGISTRATION TO YOUR PERMIT YOU MUST NOTIFY THE PARKING OFFICE IMMEDIATELY, FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN A PENALTY CHARGE NOTICE BEING ISSUED. YOU MUST ALSO RETURN YOUR OLD PERMIT.

 

THE COST OF PERMITS HAS BEEN SET AS SHOWN AND ARE VALID FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
