Please note:
Havant's Local Development Framework (
LDF
)is currently under review
to take into account revised government guidance on
LDF
production, comments
received as part of a public consultation excercise in spring 2008
and also the need for further evidence base to be produced and
incorporated into the documents. The revised timetable will
include updated timings for both the Core Strategy and the
Allocations
DPD
and
also include details on Supplementary Planning Documents
(
SPDs
) and
any Area Action Plans (
AAPs
).
The Core Strategy is the main LDF document that the Council produces providing a spatial implementation of the Community Strategy ‘Stronger Together’ and the Council’s own Corporate, Regeneration and Cultural strategies. The Core Strategy provides general policies to guide decisions about the future use of land.
The Council's programme plan of documents that it will produce as part of the Local Development Framework (LDF). Please note the timetable for the LDS is currently under review.
The Allocations Development Plan Document will identify sites for housing, retail, employment, recreation and other uses over the next 20 years.
