Local Development Framework (LDF)

This guide will provide a simple explanation of Havant's LDF.
 
The Core Strategy is the main LDF document that the council produces providing a spatial implementation of the Sustainable Community Strategy 'Forward Together' and the council’s own Corporate, Regeneration and Cultural strategies. The Core Strategy provides policies to guide decisions about the future use of land.
