Please give as much information as you can about your forthcoming event. If you can, please also give a post code for the event's location - if this is not possible, please give the postcode of a nearby building - this is so that a location map for your event can be generated.
Your event registration will be passed to the Open Spaces Development Team and if approved for inclusion on our system, will usually appear in the Events Browser the day after you have submitted your registration (longer at weekends).
Please note that Havant Borough Council will not be liable for any errors or omissions when reproducing data supplied on this form. By submitting details of an event, you accept that we will hold the details submitted on our database and that we will publish these details on this electronic system (Data Protection Act notification). If you do not wish your email address to be published, enter none@havant.gov.uk as the address. There is no charge for registering your event, nor a requirement to register personal details with us (we do ask for contact details in case anything about your event needs clarification - this data is held in accordance with our Privacy Policy).
If your event is expected to attract 500 people or more then you will also need to complete and submit documentation to the Council's Safety Advisory Group (SAG) - the web pages to do this are available through this link >>.
Havant Borough Council reserves the right not to accept any submitted event for final publication.
