Current opportunities for bidding for Council contracts

 

Tree Maintenance Services:

The Council, in conjunction with a number of other Borough / District Councils in Hampshire, is seeking expressions of interest from prospective suppliers for Tree Maintenance Services. The tender process will be managed by Hampshire County Council (HCC) through its InTend (electronic tendering) process. The tender opportunity is being advertised in OJEU (Official Journal of the European Union), the SEBP (South East Business Portal - Hampshire 'site') and on HCC InTend. The contract will take the form of a Framework Contract that will be awarded in geographic 'lots'.  Suppliers who wish to express an interest in the contract should download a copy of the PQQ (pre-qualification questionnaire) from the InTend website.  Responses to the PQQ must be uploaded to the InTend website by 18th April.  Shortlisted suppliers will receive an ITT (Invitation to Tender) on 16th May.  Contract start date is anticipated as 1st August 2011.
