Liveability project
In 2004, Havant Borough Council made a successful bid to
the Government's 'Liveability Fund' for a programme of
work to improve the quality of public spaces and local
environment.
Liveability is the name of the scheme for Local Authorities
and describes our outdoor community environment. It is about having
a cleaner safer environment in which to live, work and play.
On these pages you will find how the £3.325 million is
being used to improve the quality of some of our outdoor
areas.
