Planning Proposals Online Comment Form
If you would like to comment on any current planning
applications, please fill out the 'Online Comment Form' (the link
to this is below) and click on the send button.
The comments will be e-mailed to the relevant planning
officer. Please be aware that your comments will be available
for others to read as it is placed in a file with all the
other documents that relate to the planning application.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to
Information) Act 1985, any written comments that you submit will be
made available for both inspection and copying. They will also be
copied to the Planning Inspectorate in the event of an appeal. You
should therefore only include information that you are happy to be
seen by the public and available over the internet.
For a householder application, in the event of an
appeal, any representations made about the application will be
passed to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity
to make further representations.
If you use e-mail or supply your e-mail address to make a
representation about an application, we will assume this is
your preference for future communication regarding the
application.
The security settings on some computers may not allow the use
of this online submission form. If you find this is the case you
may alternatively e-mail your objections to
representations@havant.gov.uk
Please include your name, address, postcode, and
application reference number with your comments. if you
don't do this your representation may not not being registered
against the application.
