Planning decisions made under delegated powers

In determining planning applications it is common for conditions to be imposed when planning permission is granted, and reasons are always given when permission is refused. For website purposes these are omitted due to their length and complexity.

For a full and comprehensive explanation of the reasons or conditions attached to a Planning Decision you can contact the Planning Officer in charge of the case. Please ring 02392 446015 quoting the case officer's name on the application details.

The following planning applications have been determined under Delegated Powers (i.e. decisions made by the Head of Development & Technical Services on applications which do not need consideration by the Development Management Committee). If you also wish to find the results of Planning Applications considered by the Development Management Committee, choose the menu option 'View Minutes of Previous Meetings' from our Committee Meetings page.
