Online Planning Application Submission - 1APP

You can make a planning application and fee payment online. If you wish you can also create electronic applications for Havant Borough Council and then print your forms and submit them by post. To use this service you will need to register with the Planning Portal and create a User Name and Password. You can also use the Portal's on-line applications service to purchase a site location plan to accompany your application.  Accompanying documents can be attached to online planning applications.

The pages in this section allow you to view details of planning applications including application forms, plans and supporting statements being considered by the Council, decision notices as well as some planning history.  This information is updated on every working weekday. With this facility it is possible to track the progress of planning applications. View Weekly Publicity List  of Planning Applications and Appeals

When a planning application or appeal is registered it is placed on the weekly publicity list in accordance with statutory consultation procedures. This page holds information on the current weekly publicity list and those 5 weeks prior. This information is updated on a weekly basis.
 

Comment on Planning Proposals

Use the form provided to register your comments on a current application online.
 

View Planning Decisions

Use these pages to view the weekly Delegated Schedules, detailing all decisions made under delegated powers in the last six weeks. If you also wish to find the results of Planning Applications considered by the Development Management Committee, choose the menu option 'View Minutes of Previous Meetings' from our Committee Meetings page.  This information is updated on a weekly basis.

Screening and Scoping Opinions

These are opinions issued by the local planning authority under the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Regulations) 1999 (SI 1999 no.293). A screening opinion states whether the Authority or Secretary of State considers that an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) should be submitted for a future or current development proposal. A scoping opinion refers to the range of issues which the Authority or Secretary of State considers should be contained in an EIA.
