The purpose of the framework is to set out design principles for the development of Waterlooville Town Centre. The framework was approved as Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) in October 2004 under the Local Plan. Following the adoption of the Core Strategy in March 2011 this SPG supplements Policy CS6.2 on Regeneration of the Borough focusing on Waterlooville Town Centre and Policy CS18.4 on the MDA and Waterlooville Town Centre Integration
