With exceptionally large
events, where a permanent premises licence is obtained for a site
rather than one that is time-limited for the event, the annual fee
to be paid in relation to such a premises licence may also require
an additional element charged at a rate of 50% of the additional
fee listed above.
Premises under construction,
without a non-domestic rateable value but due a value as
soon as a completion certificate is given, will
be allocated to band C. Subsequent annual fees will
relate to the non-domestic rateable value given to the
property.
Premises licences sought for
community centres and some schools that permit regulated
entertainment but do not permit the supply of alcohol and/or the
provision of late night refreshment will not incur a fee.
Gambling
These are the charges applicable for applications for premises
licences under the Gambling Act 2005.
