On-Street Parking
Decriminalised Parking - a new Enforcement regime
The Council has introduced decriminalised parking
across the Borough. This means that on-street and
off-street parking violations are no longer a criminal offence,
so Council employed Civil Enforcement Officers, rather than
the Police's Traffic Wardens, carry out enforcement of parking and
waiting restrictions. For more details of the scheme, see the
following pages:
The effect of ParkSafe is precisely ... nothing (if you park legally). If not, this is what will happen.
