Decriminalised Parking - a new Enforcement regime

 

 
The Council has introduced decriminalised parking across the Borough. This means that on-street and off-street parking violations are no longer a criminal offence,  so Council employed Civil Enforcement Officers, rather than the Police's Traffic Wardens, carry out enforcement of parking and waiting restrictions.
