How do I report a faulty street light or illuminated sign?

Problems with street lights and illuminated signs can be reported to either Havant Borough or Hampshire County Councils. You can either telephone 0800 50 60 60, quoting the lamp column number (found on the column, about 2m above the ground). This is an automated voice system provided under the Highway Agency Agreement with Hampshire County Council. Alternatively you can phone the Customer Services Team at Havant Borough Council on (023) 9244 6428/6429 or you can e-mail customer.services@havant.gov.uk.

How long will it take to repair?

Straightforward faults are usually rectified within 5 working days of being reported. However, repair times of more complicated faults are dependent upon their nature.
