Jaspers restaurant is situated on the west side
of Hayling Island in the small village of West Town and is easily
approached from the main road to the sea front. The
restaurant offers fine dining in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere
with an extensive menu of creative English cuisine, designed with
flair and imagination. The menu is changed on a monthly basis
to include seasonal produce under the supervision of our
experienced chef who prides himself on his high standards of
presentation and creativity.
Enjoy a pre dinner or lunchtime aperitif in our
separate lounge bar then proceed to your table in the intimate and
relaxed ambience of the restaurant.
Jaspers also offers an interesting lunchtime bar
menu served between noon and 2.00pm for the lighter meal (served in
the lounge bar, Tuesday to Friday).
