Hants Web is Hampshire County Council's comprehensive website
carrying 700,000 pages of information. The County Council provides
many services within the Borough of Havant area, such as education
and Social Services.
Councils Adjacent to
the Borough of Havant:
Comprehensive website detailing County Council services in the area

Chichester District Council serves towns and villages to the east
of Emsworth - Southbourne and Westbourne for example.
East Hampshire District Council serves towns and villages to the
north of the Borough - Rowlands Castle, Horndean, Catherington and
Clanfield.
The Unitary Authority to the west of Havant. Many houses in the
Borough, especially in Leigh Park Crookhorn and Waterlooville, were
built, and remain in the ownership of, Portsmouth City
Council.
Winchester City Council serves towns and villages to the west of
Waterlooville, such as Denmead and Southwick.
