Havant Borough Council is a 'two-tier' authority - some services to residents are provided by the County Council.

Hants Web is Hampshire County Council's comprehensive website carrying 700,000 pages of information. The County Council provides many services within the Borough of Havant area, such as education and Social Services.

Portsmouth City Council


The Unitary Authority to the west of Havant. Many houses in the Borough, especially in Leigh Park Crookhorn and Waterlooville, were built, and remain in the ownership of, Portsmouth City Council.
 

Winchester City Council


Winchester City Council serves towns and villages to the west of Waterlooville, such as Denmead and Southwick.
