Making a Payment to the Council

There are a number of ways you can make payments to the Council. On the pages which follow we give details of the various ways you can settle your invoice or account.

 

Most payments to the Council will be in return for the provision of a service - for example, a special collection of refuse, hire of facilities or booking a place on a course - for which you will receive an invoice. We recommend that these payments are settled in cash (at the Civic Offices cash desk) or by cheque (payable to Havant Borough Council, and sent to the address on the invoice you will have received for the service).
