Making a Payment to the Council
There are a number of ways you can make payments to the Council.
On the pages which follow we give details of the various ways you
can settle your invoice or account.
Most payments to the Council will be in return for the provision
of a service - for example, a special collection of refuse, hire of
facilities or booking a place on a course - for which you will
receive an invoice. We recommend that these payments are settled in
cash (at the Civic Offices cash desk) or by cheque (payable to
Havant Borough Council, and sent to the address on the invoice you
will have received for the service).
We are also able to accept online payments for car parking fines
(Penalty Charge Notices). If you wish to use this facility,
follow this link to
our car parking pages >>
A range of payment methods are available for Council Tax and
other property related services. Click on a heading in the table
below to see information about what the payment refers to, and to
see details of how to make that payment.
