Free Council Operated Car Park Locations

The following Council-operated car parks are available free of charge. Numbers of spaces available in car parks are indicated in brackets against the name of the car park, with the numbers of spaces allocated to disabled drivers. During the months of November, December, January and February, parking is also free in the Hayling visitor car parks along the sea front.
