This area of our site holds information about public car parking operated by both Havant Borough Council and East Hampshire District Council. This includes parking in Council-owned off-street car parks as well as the enforcement of on-street restrictions such as single and double yellow lines, loading restrictions and bus stop clearways, including proposals for new restrictions. This overall management of parking both on and off street comprises the ParkSafe scheme, aimed at making the streets safer for all users.
