Transport and Streets
The Borough's transport network is modern,
reflecting the fact that the majority of development carried out in
the Borough was during the 1960s and 1970s. The Council is
committed to playing its part in managing the network for the
benefit of all, thus improving quality of life for residents whilst
making access to employment and leisure areas efficient.
