Contact:	Payments may be made at the cashiers desks, located on the Ground Floor of the Civic Offices, between 9 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday. Council Tax payments may also be made at Portsmouth City Council housing offices at Somborne Drive, Leigh Park or Kite Close, Wecock; and at Hermitage Housing Association offices at 33 East Street, Havant, or at Servicepoint, Waterlooville.
