The Borough benefits from a
comprehensive network of bus services. Borough-wide online public
transport information is available on our TBC Times or Xephos sites

and journey planner; full national public transport journey planner
(including 'National Express' coaches and rail); includes

- 'ZIP®' A3 Bus Priority
Corridor - the bus priority route between Cosham, Waterlooville
and Horndean is now complete. This link carries information about
this project which particularly assists users of
ZIP® Route 41 (Portsmouth - Waterlooville -
Clanfield) and express service X42 (Portsmouth - Waterlooville -
Crookhorn). Includes real time information.
Traveline
NextBuses - web based application giving times of the next
buses calling at a bus stop of your choice. Enter a postcode or
address, choose the stop from the list / map and the times of the
next buses due to call will be shown.

Bus Station - details of the redevelopment of the second
busiest bus station in Hampshire, to provide a fitting gateway to
the town, with information about the facilities now provided.
- Quality Bus
Partnerships - a new way of local authorities and operators
working together on a route-by-route basis to deliver comprehensive
improvements to bus services. QBPs currently cover services
20, 21, 23, 37, 39, 40, 41 and 700, serving destinations such
as Portsmouth, Southsea, Waterlooville, Petersfield, Chichester and
Brighton.

about passenger transport across the county.
- Transport for South
Hampshire - details of the partnership covering southern
Hampshire which seeks to develop all transport modes in a
sustainable way by making infrastructure improvements and providing
improved facilities.
- Solent Travelcard -
allows bus travel across southern Hampshire using multiple
operators through a single 'travelcard' ticket, priced at £7
per day, or £27 per week.
