The council confirms that it has asked the Inspector to delete
proposed minor changes G11, 7.11 and 7.12. These are three proposed
minor changes that proposed the deletion of references to the South
East Plan, as the plan is now reinstated as part of the Development
Plan until it is abolished as part of the Localism Bill, it is
appropriate to retain references to the
SEP
. Once the
SEP
is abolished the council will
have to consider how to deal with it and may issue an addendum to
the Core Strategy to explain the situation.
This schedule sets out the major and minor
changes that have been made by the council to the Pre-Submission
Core Strategy during the run up to, and during the course of the
examination. It incorporates the schedule of changes (SD06/05)
that were made to the Pre-Submission Core Strategy at the time of
submission to the Secretary of State. The schedules will be
updated periodically as new proposed changes emerge.
The schedules now follow the chapter order in
the Core Strategy. As new changes arise they will be added at the
end of the appropriate chapter section.
If further changes have been made to an
earlier proposed change these are highlighted in light grey.
The schedules list all the changes along with
reasons for the change. Acrobat Reader Reader required
The Inspector allowed two weeks from 16

Programme Officer for the major changes by

as possible within this time frame to the minor changes.
