Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) Adopted February 2010

The council has developed a plan to transform the
existing Civic Campus in Havant into a new Public Service Village
which offers public, private and voluntary services in a single
place. The council has prepared a SPD that provides a
planning framework to guide future development and help inform
decisions on planning applications in the area. The
SPD
forms part of the
council’s Local Development
Framework set of documents.
