Between these times customers will be able to telephone, e-mail, text or call into the Civic Offices and Customer Service Centre staff will be on hand to deal with any general enquiries or reports relating to council services. Staff will also be available from Revenues, Benefits, Cashiers and Housing to assist with any enquiries and Environmental Health will be on call
Please note that the cashiers’ service will close 30 minutes before these times.
For emergencies outside of these hours, including weekends and bank holidays, the council’s usual out of hours emergency procedures will be in operation.
Operational teams at Southmoor Depot will be working normal hours on 24, 29, 30 and 31 December 2009.
Residents who need to report a missed bin on Christmas Eve will have to do so before 12.00 noon in order for the bin to be collected that day, which is the normal arrangement. Any bins reported after 12.00 noon on Christmas Eve will be collected on Tuesday 29 December 2009, which is the first working day after Christmas.
The Christmas and New Year opening hours of the Visitor Information Centre at Beachlands are as follows:
25, 26, 27 & 28 December 2009 and 1 January 2010 the Visitor information Centre will be closed.
Normal opening times (9.30 am till 5.00 pm) will resume on Saturday 2 January 2010.
