Muddy Boots!

Innovations Fitness, run by George ‘Topsy’ Turner have launched a Saturday children’s bootcamp called Muddy Boots, which launches on the 7th May at 2pm. The activities will run for two hours and are available for children between the ages of 8-14 years old.

Muddy Boots is a combination of bootcamp activities, games and fitness exercises which have been devised to suit children of all abilities. The sessions are all about getting fit whilst having fun and are centred around positive encouragement. Topsy and his co-instructors believe that bootcamp activities for children are a great leveller and encourage children of all abilities to work together and have fun.

Sessions will run for four weeks in May from the 7th May to 28th May, followed by a two week break in June before recommencing for another four weeks from the 18th June. Sessions cost £10 per child and parents wishing to sign their children up for the first four week course will receive four sessions for the price of three.

For more information and to register your children for Muddy Boots, visit www.innovationsfitness.co.uk or call Topsy directly on 07800 683 367.
