New Exercise class!

Fridays 1:30pm - 2:30pm at Bedhampton Social Hall.

The classes are open to any adults in the borough who have a disability.

All ages over 16 years welcome

Carers welcome to assist if required

Price for the class is just £1.50

Disability Sports Club

Are you disabled in any way and over 18, or know someone that is?  Have you always wanted to try a new sport but never quite been sure where to start?

Come along to the Havant club!

Previous sports include New Age Kurling, Wheelchair basketball and Cricket!

The club meets every Tuesday 1:30pm - 2:30pm at Havant Leisure centre

The cost of the session is just £1.50 a week!
