Exercise makes you feel great!

By exercising regularly you will feel more confident and good about yourself!

 

Getting out and taking part in physical activity also helps you meet new people and make friends.

 

Brain

Increasing exercise levels will actually give you more energy,
and the desire to do even more. Exercise releases chemicals into your brain that have a strong effect on your mood, helping

to reduce stress, depression and anxiety.

Bones

Regular exercises produces stronger bones particularly

important to prevent Osteoporosis.

 

Muscles

Regular exercise helps keep muscles strong and supple which helps keep you flexible. This helps you stay independent as you get older.

 

Weight Management

Combined with healthy eating, exercise is crucial in

preventing obesity, helps you to lose weight and makes you feel better.
