What is the FAST-TRACK Customer Service Centre Reporting
System?
It is a computerised reporting system to allow our customers
to report a problem or make an enquiry as easily as possible.
What can I expect from the Customer Service Centre?
The Council is committed to ensuring that anything you report
is dealt with quickly and effectively. When we receive
your report our Customer Service Centre team will make sure it gets
dealt with as soon as possible.
This may be by:
- A response over the telephone, by e-mail or letter, informing
you of the action to be taken;
- A visit or a telephone call to explain what we will, or will
not be able to do;
- Carrying out any work requested as quickly as
possible.
And if we get it wrong...
We have a simple and fair complaints procedure to help resolve the
problem.
The Customer Service Centre Team promise
that...
- we will treat you politely and with respect;
- log your call and give you a reference number so that you can
track progress if you wish to;
- if appropriate, we will advise you of the anticipated
response times for dealing with your request/enquiry;
- monitor requests and, where we can, check that you are happy
with our response on the work carried out.
