Gill is the Executive Director with oversight of commercial matters including commercialisation of council services, the development of new products and ventures, economic development and regeneration. Gill is the Partnership for Urban South Hampshire lead officer for the Solent Energy Strategy.

Gill has held senior management positions for a number of councils where she has gained extensive experience of delivering service improvements, leading change and commissioning.

Gill also has experience of working as a consultant in the private sector. She is an Environmental Health Officer by profession and holds a number of post graduate qualifications including a Masters in Risk Management.

Director of services shared between Hart District Council, East Hampshire District Council, Havant Borough Council, Mendip District Council, South Oxfordshire District Council and Vale of White Horse District Council. Dawn is responsible for an annual contract spend of £20 Million, leading commercial relationships with corporate suppliers, contract delivery and client function. Dawn has significant experience in managing multi-partner shared services and leading in high value operational service delivery within in the private and public sector.

Julia is a qualified housing professional with experience in leading planning, housing, property and economic development teams. Julia is responsible for development for HBC and EHDC, and works with public and private organisations to maximise investment in many local development and regeneration projects. Her priorities are the delivery of jobs, skills and training for local communities and the creation of long term investment opportunities for HBC and EHDC. The role also has responsibility for the management of the Capital Asset portfolio.

Leading commercial activities, Chris’ team also offers specialist support in market research, programme management, finance and business development.With hands-on experience of public sector commercialism, Chris comes from a commercial background, having designed, won and delivered products and services across a wide range of markets, including local and central government, science and technology, engineering and business support.

Claire has worked in local government for over 25 years and provides strategic leadership for HBC and EHDC on a variety of commercial contracts including; environmental services, leisure services and the 6 councils contract. Claire is responsible for ensuring the contracts deliver efficient and cost effective services to residents.
