During 2016-17 we continued the Council Tax freeze, keeping our services affordable to customers without reducing services. This happened in spite of ongoing
reductions in government revenue support grant.
We are committed to a ‘Triple Bottom Line’ approach to our services and have had some major achievements in the last year.
